Openfire 4.2 with not sync users & groups

Hi,

I have installed openfire 4.2.2 in my system (CentOS-7.4). Installation done successfully. My ldap server is also authenticated and when check the session, my domain users are showing online. But when I clicked the Users/Groups tab, give me following error and this error is same for other versions of openfire 3.9.3, 4.2.1.

If there is any mistake with dap authentication, the domain users should not shown online.
It will very helpful for me if you help me to fix this.
