Openfire 4.3.2 was released five years and one week ago. You are unlikely to find people here that answer questions about that version.
I advice you to upgrade to the latest release of Openfire. If you’re desperate to have support for an old version of Openfire, then I suggest that you reach out to organisations on our list of professional service providers. Perhaps they’re willing to support this commercially.
