Openfire 4.7.2 + Pade 1.7.0/1 Jitsi ofmeet not working after update from PF 4.7.1 to 4.7.2

Hello,

I did upgrade from OF 4.7.1 to 4.7.2 and found that ofmeet is not working with same usual settings.
I have reproduced and attached OF logs

Re-connecting, Reconnecting to room with ofmeet.
I can provide console access if needed

I will stick to 4.7.1 unless this is fixed. Roll back to 4.7.1 make it work again.

I can try out with nightly build on same site if needed
