I am running openfire perfect (production environment) on one of my window servers(not home server, proper datacenter version) of my hosting biz. I am not actually selling openfire hosting open but since i got it working now thought i can set it up for you on my windows node.

Openfire 3.6 with MySQL Backend
1GB space - (900MB MySQL DB Space + 124 MB (Openfire Installation))
MySQL phpmyadmin provided
