Openfire initial setup using https://localhost:9091 is not possible

Is it possible to start the openfire setup (database,language, etc) using https://localhost:9091?

I know i can start the setup using http://localhost:9090, but i haven’t figured out a way to start it using https.

I think it is a chicken/egg issue, of not having the self signed SSL cert generated until the hostname /xmpp domain is set.
