Authentication for IOS client. I keep getting time out. I have SSL enabled on my openfire server instance. Do I need to some how pass client certificate to XMPP?
Openfire supports authentication using client-sided certificates, but does not require it by default.
Time-outs generally indicate a networking-related issue, not so much a TLS problem. What makes you think you’re suffering from a certificate-related issue?
