Howdy all. I upgraded my test server from Wildfire 3.1.1 to Openfire 3.4.3 and now users can’t see any contacts that they added manually. We have a few predefined groups, and users in those groups can see each other fine. But anyone added manually is missing. Any ideas?
Also, I installed the Enterprise plugin to test it out. I was particularly interested in trying the SparkWeb client. However, whenever I try and log in it just blanks out like it’s loading a new page for a few seconds, then dumps me back to the login screen again. Sometimes it’ll give me a message about the user not being authorized, but usually it just loads the login screen like it’s the first time I’m seeing it.

Edit: Sorry, should have mentioned I’m using LDAP for accounts and MySQL for the database.
