Openfire Meetings video conference problem? Works only for 2 users!

Hi

What i have to do ( configure or install ) to have multi video conference ?

I have install Openfire Meetings and it’s working but only one to one, when third person is login in, all cameras are turning black.
The client error "“unable to acces camera”
Openfire 4.3.2 and ofmeet 0.9.5

make sure UDP port 10000 and TCP 4433 are open

Hi
Thanks for replay, but we are testing ofmeet in the same network segment, all porta are opened.
I have some errors and warnings in log but i don’t know where to search the cause.

To improve video quality, ether enable RTX or disable simulcast

You need to be running latest code to control RTX

Hello Ardys! i have the same problem with you.
my openfire meet only work with 2 user, when 3rd join the room, camera is lost.
Please tell me how to configure focus user in openfire.
thank you so much!

See Openfire meeting not work with more than 2 users

There are many reasons. Start by making sure your focus user is logged in. If not, look for the error message that explains why not. If your openfire is on a network that is behind a NAT, you will need nextwork expertise to configure it properly to work for external users otherwise you will only have peer-to-peer connections with only 2 users.
