I am having an issue with OpenFire not closing the test settings success page during configuration. I am not able to close the pop up which prevents me from continuing the configuration. Any ideas on the cause of this? I have stopped/restarted the OpenFire service several times, cleared out the cache and history.
What browser are you using, have you tried another one?
Using IE as this is the only browser within the VM. Instead of testing the settings, I continued on;however, now the administrator accounts I’m trying to add are saying they can’t be found.
When I look in the error logs it states that an exception occurred when trying to connect to the admin console via HTTPS or something to that effect.
