I used the file transfer function of OpenFire server, and all ports based on openFire service were opened and listened. However, when the client used the file transfer function, Turnsocket could not be connected, and the error was 404 and 503. I have been tortured for two days, and I hope someone can help me solve the problem.
There are a couple of different ways in which files can be transmitted. What version of Openfire are you using, and what clients are each of the users using? Are there more specific error messages in the logfiles? Can you perhaps share some screenshots, so that we can see what’s going on?
