Openfire service is 'active (exited)'

openfire service becomes unavailable after a while, when requesting the status of the service it displays ‘active (exited)’

It’s hard to say with this information along. Are there any clues in the Openfire logfiles?

where can I see? in which file?

There is a all.log file in the logs directory, that is either in <OPENFIRE_HOME>/logs or /var/log/openfire depending on your setup.

cleared the log folder, hoped to re-shutdown the service, but it didn’t happen. ran the rm * command in the folder to get rid of the unnecessary information and wait for the problem again

service is unavailable again, here is a screenshot of the log file
