Openfire users can't send messages, only receive

mac os 10.6.8

java 1.6.0.26

mysql database

the problem is openfire users can’t send messages, it seems to be sent but the other side didn’t get it, no errors, also no erros on the openfire logs.

when the remote user sends message it goes to the openfire user without any problem.

is this a common issue? and how to fix it or debug the problem?

adium debug window shows the 404 error when I’m sending the message as openfire user to the other remote user. so openfire can’t see other servers for send only for receive, why?
