I have a server with openfire + monitoring plugin.
Conversations are being saved on the server without any problems, 100%
However, I formatted a computer and the conversations did not automatically pull from the server.
Isn’t the history for the local user pulled from the server? Are they only saved locally?
What client are you using? For clients to obtain message history from the server, the client needs to support certain protocols. Spark does not implement these protocols, sadly.
I’m using Spark, ok, I thought there might be some Spark - Openfire configuration that pulled the server’s history.
