Hi I am programming a chat segment for my website that uses XIFF to connect to my Openfire server. Connection is successful in Flash CS5 Professional but when I test my swf in my browser I get an XIFFError say ‘Not Authorized’. I believe this is do to the crossdomain.xml issue. I don’t know where to place the crossdomain.xml on my machine nor do I know where the root directory is located at. I also do not know how to tell Flash to look for the file. I am using Windows XP SP3 32bit. Please help me. This problem is really delay my projects development. Thank you.
