My /opt/openfire/logs/info.log file has filled up with hundreds of messages per day saying “Packet sent to unreachable address”.
Most, if not all of these messages have either the to or from address listed as a build server I have. The users listed shouldn’t be sending any messages to the build server and really shouldn’t be getting any from the build server. The users that do use the build server’s jabber notifications don’t generate these errors.
The build server uses software called “hudson”
I have blocked the build server username using the openfire admin console for now so I assume that’s why I get tons of messages like this :
