I don’t see why an google maps plugin would make sense in Openfire. You should go more into detail…

My activally work is Integrate google maps with location… when admin is enter the zip code or location dependes on is shows that my actival requirement can gove the idea…

Everything you need is a servlet that provides a usual HTML page. In this page you can integrate GoogleMaps using Google Maps API.
Just take a look on the source code of offical plugins.

Can’t help you with that. However, as I know Google, there are plenty of tutorials and documentation on GoolgeMaps API.
