Plugin for history messages

The message archive simply stopped being displayed and I can no longer access the message history.

The plugin is installed and loaded

Plugin Version 2.5.0
Openfire 4.7.5, build ee4395e

Can someone help me?

I’m assuming that you are referring to the Monitoring Service plugin.

You do not provide a lot of details for us to work with.

  • What client are you using?
  • Are there any relevant messages in the log file?
  • Is the ‘message archiving’ feature of the Monitoring Service plugin still enabled? You can check this in the Admin console, under Server > Archiving > Archiving Settings
