Plugin Option Not Visible

I installed a Spark client that does not have the “Plugins” option visible under the “Spark” menu.

Any help would be appreciated.



is this the only menu entry which is missing?

Do you see Contacts and Conferences tab?

There may be some problems with the registry, with dll files, … there are already some threads about possible problems.


Yes, this is the only item missing. I have seen this on two machines. Both of the machines are W2K Pro. Furthermore, I was not able to do a regular install. I needed to use the /manual switch in order to complete the install.
