Plugin "presence" not working

Hi, My openfire is on 3.6.4, my presence plugin is 1.4.0.

When I use the following url to check the presence I get a null value. I have confirmed that 9090 is open to incoming ports on our xmpp server firewall. Can anyone help suggest where I might go from here?

i got this sorted in the end by updating to version 1.5.0 of the presence plugin, which then informed me that it needed 3.7.0. Which I also updated.
