I’ve just install OpenFire + Spark 2.5.8 for Windows in an area of my company. All PCs have active the Outlook email reception advisory.
I’ve detect that when a user is in inactive state in spark and it receive an email, immediately changes to active state. But the user is not active at all. This is an issue for us, because we have a very important users that receive more than an e-mail for minute. So the presence status on spark is not valid for them.
¿There is any configuration option to deactivate the presence detection for system advisories in windows?
