Privacy Lists - Status of Functionality

I have a user set up fsmith@myserver.com (I have changed the usernames and domains to protect the innocent…)

So far so good… create a privacy list…

So far so good…I check the database and the required entry is in the ofprivacylist table (and presumably in cache?)

So Why is the list ‘public’ not in the response?

I can check that the list exists:

Is this expected behaiour or am I missing something here?

(discovered this while trying to write a client app and so I think it is not client related…)

I’m getting a response now is this caching or something?
