Private Data

I use Openfire 3.3.1 on windows. It pulls users from AD LDAP. I have a user that has a corrupt private data, i believe. When the user logs in he sees duplicate users in the group for his office. I have tried the account on different machines as well as different operating systems. The error follows the sign on for the account.

Is there a way to clear the private data for an account?

How can I reset the account to defaults?

Turns out that the User had created a group using the same name as a server distributed group. They merged and then caused the error.
