Problem connecting to spark server

Good morning, I am having problems connecting to the spark service, I have it in two locations, one is working well and the other is down, however the one that is down are certain machines.

I restarted the spark server but it still does not wake up and it seems that the error it shows is a timeout

This looks like an ordinary network connectivity issue. The computer that you’re taking the screenshot from apparently cannot connect to a server named chat.nascar.bimodal.com
