im from germany. i have installed an openfire server with asterisk IM and sip phone plugin.
On the clients i have the spark client installed.
when i call other user (right click -> call) than i call me self. when i call the number over the call field, thats work.
what is my mistake? do you need any logfiles?
openfire ver: 3.7.0
spark ver: 2.6.0
asterisk IM: 1.4.0

please explain to me how you managed to achieve this? this is exactly the arrangement i want to have in my configuration i want my spark client to be able to initiate calls to other extensions by calling my physical voip phone extension first, then, when i pickup, it should ring the extension i wanted to call initialy and i continue conversation over my voip phone (not spark).
also, i don’t want spark to be able to take over calls instead of my voip phone.
