Problem using XMPP Web plugin

Hello
I had a question about the XMPP Web plugin:
1- I use the same account both on my mobile phone and on XMPP Web, when I send a message on XMPP Web to a user on the same server, the message sent on my mobile phone, which I use Conversations software, is displayed. not given
Why?
2- When I exit the XMPP Web environment and log in twice, it does not display the previous messages I sent. Even after pressing the Get history button, nothing happens

Hello, there are multiple things that i would do in your case.
1: install the Monitoring plugin(this helps a bit not losing messages).
2: set this property route.really-all-resources to true.
That should do it.

1- Which plugin is meant by Monitoring plugin? I installed the Monitoring Service plugin from the plugins section. Did I do it right?
2- Where is the “route.really-all-resources to true” setting, please tell me its path.

1: Yes you are correct.(But read the plugin read me for info on how to properly configure it).
2: Server>Server Manager>System Properties

Why are my messages not encrypted with the OMEMO protocol when I send messages over the web?

The OMEMO encryption is a client feature. I dont think that XMPP Web has that feature.
Maybe the inVerse plugin(Another XMPP Web client) can do OMEMO.

If you set the property right and still not receiving messages from other clients then there maybe 2 possibities: Maybe Openfire needs an restart to made effect or the client(XMPP Web) also doesnt support MAM. If it is the latter, no way around. Again Maybe the inVerse plugin(conversejs) Do support it. worth a try.
