So i have one problem, one of the pc started having this problem, i just had installed the aplication normally, but when somebody send a mensage or the person send, didn’t showed anything, just a blank space. I tried install again, but doesn’t happened
What version of Spark? This looks like some very old bug.
Is the version 2.6.3!
I can’t find a ticket or old topic related, but i think i saw this many years ago, maybe with 2.6.3 version. Your options are either to update to the latest version (2.8.3) or you may try:
Profile Wipe:
You can wipe your Spark profile and start with a fresh one. Spark profile is here
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Spark
If you need your history, copy this folder:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Spark\user\username@servername\transcripts
And copy it back after you start with a fresh profile.
I wipe Spark profile, after this a install again and this time haved worked normally! Thank you
