We have installed Openfire on Debian. To enable file sending and receiving between users, we installed the HTTP File Upload plugin on the server. Unfortunately, after updating Openfire to version 5.0.5, users are facing problems sending files.To troubleshoot, I rechecked all the settings on the server and everything seemed correct. I also cleared the certificate on the server once, restarted the server, recreated the certificate, and had the users log in again in the Conversations app. However, the problem persists and users still cannot send files.Additionally, after users logged in again in the Conversations app, they are unable to verify each other properly. As a result, the green shield (verification indicator) does not appear for both parties during voice calls. For example, when User A verifies User B, it works. But when User B tries to verify User A, they get the error “invalid qr code”. Consequently, User B cannot complete the verification, and the green shield only appears for User A during voice calls
Please advise.
