Problem with monitor plugin 1.3rc1 & openfire 3.8.1

Hello Everyone,

i’m trying to deploy the monitoring plugin automatically by the admin interface.

As first step I’ve increased the heap space of java in order to permit the plugin to operate correctlyy but even doing this once i install the plugin i obtain this error:

org.jivesoftware.openfire.reporting.stats.StatsEngine - Error initializing Rrdb

java.io.IOException: The underlying backend has no canonical path

I cross checked the tables on db but apparentely all the tables were correctly created, does anybody knows what’s missing? Maybe i forgot to specify something more? I cannot find any suggestion looking around.

Hi all,

did any one solve the problem with monitor pluggin on Opefire 3.8.1 ?

my case : I upgraded from Openfire 3.7.1 to 3.8.1 and montitor plugin was upgraded from 1.2 to 1.3.0 also, after that, I found that all arichved msg can display The messages in this conversation were not archived. only, there is nothing else.

I upgraded monitor plug in from 1.3.0 to 1.31.Rc1 already but also can not solve that problem.

could any one help to solve this ? thanks.
