Problem with NEOS Client + WildFire

When the NEOS client has an inactivity time (aprox. an hour),

wilfire closes the connection and the NEOS client hangs out,

And I get the following error message:

"There was an error with de Jabber Connection.

Server: XXXXX

Error receiving from socket"

Is there a way of setting or changing this connection parameters?

Hey I think this is a wrong forum for that issue. Should be in a Wildfire Support. I’'m seeing this problem as well:

Though. Maybe this is a neos problem.
