in sparks 2.5.8 under Edit Profile Information we can add phone numbers. When you right click on a contact you have the option to “dial phone”, what is the format when you want them to dial a phone number and then an extension? 1222333444x555
You see that Dial Phone button, because you’ve probably installed Red5 SparkWeb. I think this is for Asteriks support. So maybe it’s better to ask in Red5/Asterisk forum.
I don’t think this is related to red5 sparkweb. It is spark with SIP Phone Plugin. In openfire we have Openfire SIP Phone Plugin 1.0.5. Our spark sip phone works on window computer but not on a mac computer.
