Project Status?

I see that the last update for Spark is almost 2 years ago … is this project still under development or is it pretty much dead?

We are looking into implementing Spark as well as Openfire in our corporate environment but seeing as the latest updates are quite old I have some worries here …

it is not dead. It is under development by the community now. there are newer builds in the 2.6 trunk available.

Does this mean that there won’t be any “official” releases anymore?

Also I checked the trunk for Spark but could not find any actual builds, I was checking here:
