PSI cross network file transfer problem

Hi, I have a problem when using PSI to transfer file from a network to another network. (Both network with different public IP address, NAT, Proxy Server)

What I manage to do is to transfer from a machine in a LAN of a network to another network’'s Proxy Server only, but not to any machine in that LAN.

And also I can’'t find the xmpp.proxy.externalip thing in my Wildfire Admin Console, is it have to manually add it via the “add new propery” area?

I think the problem is something about the NAT…

Help me please… I already search and read those article that manage to find from this forum, but still unable to solve my problem.

For xmpp.proxy.externalip you need to use add new setting.

hi I already use the “add new property” field to add it, and I set the value to same as xmpp.domain. Or should I set it to proxy.mydomain.com? coz I don’'t have proxy.mydomain.com in my DNS, we use im.mydomain.com for our jabber server.

You want it set to something that your clients can reach via DNS, your xmpp.domain should do.
