I noticed that the OpenFire installer creates tables in the Database (in my case mariadb, which should be as good as MySQL) but does not create any columns to read or write any data to. Just the talbes. I checked it out with a select statement, columns or any content does not exist.
I have moved your post to a separate thread. No need to revive another old topic. What is your problem with Openfire? Do you get Current password prompt on a fresh install? Are you using Windows with Openfire launcher?
