Ok I have donwloaded the wildfire server and I have spark running. I am now trying to install the yahoo transport on it but I am unfamilar with how to do it exactly. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I would recommend using the Wildfire transport if you are using another transport. If you are already using the Wildfire gateway then feel free to post your questions to the gateway forum.
