Random bug with TLS and SASL/DIGEST-MD5

Hi,

When connecting with TLS and SASL, the server sometimes send answer before client request. Here an exemple of what I saw while connecting:

I’'m fairly sure we fixed this for the Wildfire 2.4.0 release. What version are you testing with?

indeed the user who reported that uses 2.3.1 release. I asked him to upgrade, and I’'ll let you know if it still happens.
