RDP and 4.5.0 and invalid U/P

I just did a new install of 4.5.0. And I have users on RDP who cannot connect, a single person can but everyone else coming from the same IP cannot connect. it comes up invalid U/P for the other users.

Source IP would be the same for all the users, is this the cause?

Still can’t figure this out. Windows Server 2012 R2 admins can login, normal windows users cannot.
