Red5 on Windows 2003 not working

I have been using Openfire 3.6.4 and Spark 2.5.8 on a Windows 2003 SP2 server for some time and have had no problems. I would like to try video calls between Spark clients and found this document http://community.igniterealtime.org/docs/DOC-1518 in the red5 plugin section of the forums. Also, http://community.igniterealtime.org/docs/DOC-1520.

downloaded the red5.war file from http://redfire.googlecode.com/files/red5.war and the red5-plugin.jar file. Copied the red5-plugin.jar file to the users ~/Spark/plugins folder. All seems ok. Copied the red5.war file to the Openfire_HOME/plugins directory, restarted the server and get a “red5” tab in the admin console. I used all the default settings i.e. HTTP_BIND is on port 7070, etc.

When trying to connect to http://openfireserver.mycompany.co.uk:7070/red5/index.html I get an error

"HTTP ERROR: 503
SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE

RequestURI=/red5/index.html

Powered by jetty:// "

and can’t find how to overcome this.

There are errors in red5.log and red5error.log (attached) such as:-

“Caused by: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name ‘Server’ defined in class path resource [red5-rtmpt.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is java.net.BindException: Address already in use: bind”

netstat -a shows that the server is listening on port 7070

There are other services eg HP Procurve Manager, HP Web Jetadmin and Spiceworks running on this server using IIS/Tomcat?Apache but I can’t see that any of them use port 7070.

I have searched through the forums to no avail, searched google for “jetty error 503”, not much luck. (except maybe http://www.malcollier.com/?p=14 but I can’t access the page using the complete url so not sure this is relevant)

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks
