Hello.
My system on server is “fedora 29” 64 bit.
Locale set is “ru_RU.UTF-8”.
I installed Openfire 4.3.1.
In system preference of Openfire-server I set locale English (en).
But i have wrong chars in Registration plugin (ver 1.7.2 ).
As I understand it, despite the language settings in the properties of the openfire server, the plugin tries to display the interface in Russian. What for? And displays it wrong.

How can I solve this problem?

Another plugin - Search (ver. 1.7.1)
This plugin does not distort the characters, but also ignores the server settings. That is, it displays its interface in Russian, although the settings of the server are en.

I deployed a test server.
Installed openfire-server.
But got the same problems with incorrect display of characters.

I will wait for clarification from Guus and will do a release of a new version if everything is fine. Btw, you show 4.2.3 in video, maybe just as an example. New plugin most probably will work with 4.2.3, but there is a chance it might require 4.3.0.
