Screenshots pages on Spark and Openfire project pages are very old and some of them are obsolete, so i think we either should remove them or update. Though probably we can put just a few images.

if I figure out how to update those pages, I will do that. And I’d like to restructure those pages to raise a little more interest for code contributions.
