Earlier today, version 1.8.0 of the Openfire REST API plugin was released. This version adds a new endpoints for readiness, liveliness and cluster status!
The updated plugin should become available for download in your Openfire admin console in the course of the next few hours. Alternatively, you can download the plugin directly, from the plugin’s archive page.

The documentation listed in the plugin archive page seems out of date, since it doesn’t include the information about these new endpoints. The documentation on the Github page seems to be updated though.
