I need a way to allow users to only enter preselected chat rooms while restricting their ability to chat individually outside of the room/s. Does anybody know if SPARK has this capability. We want to be able to open a chat room that is monitored by the staff that EEs can ask questions, get help, discuss issues etc. knowing their comments are tracked and monitored by management. But by the same token we do not want them to be able to carry on conversations privately outside of the monitored chat room/s
