Reworked Privacy Plugin and Roar: Feedback requested

Hi

the latest build( Windows) of Spark has a reworked privacy plugin. Any feedback is highly welcome. There is also a new feature to get rid of the toast pop-ups called Roar. Please review this too, it os really a cool work by Wolf.
