Hello to everyone. We recently started using ROAR in Spark-Messenger because “Bring Window to front” does not seem to work reliably. But now the ROAR Bubbles sometimes just do not dissapear. They appear in the upper right corner and stay there, even when clicked. The only way to get rid of them is to restart Spark. Any idea what might be causing this? All our PCs run Windows 7 SP1.
Which version of Spark?
Sorry for missing something so obvious. It is version 2.8.3 (with the bundled JRE 1.8.0_121)
I don’t remember seeing such issue. What if you use it in other place like bottom right? Is it a multi-monitor setup? How many popups on screen allowed and what is the duration? You can just do a screenshot of ROAR settings. You can also check the logs at C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Spark\logs
There is a bunch of files, look through all of them and select events that correlate with the time of your issue.
