is the max size of roster contact list limited by smack or server?
are any server limitations that restricts roster sizes?

Hi Cecilou,
did you experience problems?
The database uses one row per entry so there should be no limit.
I expect that Wildfire and Smack do not have a hard-coded limit but depending on the internal data handling thay may need a lot of memory.
