SASLError using EXTERNAL: account-disabled

I am using smack 4.3.0 and trying to login with EXTERNAL scheme but i am getting exception like

SASLError using EXTERNAL: account-disabled

i found in previous version there is flag to enable this kind of scheme but how to do it in smack 4.3.0?
