I have installed Open Archive and Monitoring.jar plugin,
My conversation is also being recorded in the database table called “archivemessages”.
But From Admin Console When i try to use “Search Archive” it always returns “**No conversations were found using the specified search criteria. Please change your search criteria and try again. **”
How do I resolve this issue?
