Hello, We are using Openfire with hazelcast.jar for clustering, running on four Windows servers with 8 cores and 16GB RAM each. Currently, we are encountering an issue where the logs show cluster data synchronization timeout exceptions after the servers have been running for a while. The system usually recovers after a few minutes. This issue occurs intermittently—sometimes every few days, sometimes every few weeks. We haven’t been able to identify the root cause yet. Could you please advise on how to resolve this? We are willing to pay a reasonable fee for assistance.Thank you
