Send a message to all users?

Hey,

does anybody know how i can send a message over jabber to all users (online and offline?) the broadcast plugin only sends to online users. My users arent in any groups. Exists any invisible feature? If not: This feature should be added to this plugin

Helga bot (http://www.igniterealtime.org/community/docs/DOC-1080) has such feature:

some nice admin commands (e.g. message or email to every registered user, …)

If you want such functionality in Admin Console, you will have to code a plugin yourself
