I used to have this feature on Wildfire, after upgrading to openfire, I can only send messgae to online users that is pretty much the same as broadcasting. Could anyone kindly explain how I can leave message for offline users?

This is strange, as it always was supposed to send admin message only to online users. And i havent ever noticed it would send a message to offline users too with Wildfire versions. Maybe it was a bug and it was fixed. Now you can use the Broadcast plugin. In this case you have to send a broadcast to a group (only then it should send the message to offline users too). Also one is able to send a message to all users, including offline ones, with Spark internal broadcast feature. Dont know of any other way.
