I am in need of some help and advice. How does one go about compiling all chat histories in a format legible by Global Relay for archiving? This is for compliancy issues. Is Openfire the wrong platform for this? Please advise.

Global Relay has implemented archiving for Openfire in the past for our customers. The actual specifics about how it is setup will depend on the way Openfire is configured in your network.
